HOW DO I ADJUST MY BOOKING?
If you have booked online through an external site, adjust your booking throughthe site you booked with. Make sure to check our Cancellation Policy first, toensure enough notice is given for any nights cancelled. If you booked directly withus or through our website, get in touch with the hotel by calling (02) 9955 1012 orsend us an email at res@northshorehotel.com.au.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD. CAN I STILL MAKE A BOOKING?
CAN I USE THE CREDIT CARD OF ANOTHER PERSON FOR MY BOOKING?
No. You must have a valid credit or debit card in order to make a booking.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All payments are strictly non-refundable. Any payment made in advance for abooking remains non-refundable, regardless of how far ahead of time thepayment was made.
DO I NEED AN ID TO CHECK-IN?

Yes. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange a late check-in for you.
CAN I ORGANISE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
No. Our checkout time is strictly 10 am for everyone. Unfortunately, we cannot allowyou to stay in the room longer as we need to get it cleaned and ready for the nextguest. Late fees apply if you do not check out on time.
CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, you can store your bags in our luggage room before check-in and aftercheck-out (same-day storage only). Contact the hotel directly for specificinformation

CAN I GET MAIL DELIVERED TO THE HOSTEL?
Yes, we will hold mail for all in-house guests. It is your responsibility to collect it.Mail for checked-out guests will be returned to sender unless you let us know youare coming back to collect it. If you want to have mail sent before you arrive, letthe hostel know it is coming so we hold it for you. We take no responsibility for lostmail.
DO YOU PROVIDE MEALS?
Unfortunately, we do not provide meals at the hotel. However, we are locatedwithin easy walking distance of cafes and food stores to find something to eat
WHAT COMMUNAL FACILITIES DO YOU HAVE?
The hotel has communal laundry, where you can do your washing for a small fee.We have a lush garden where you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee and chat withother in-house guests.
